Kenneth A. DiMuzio is a senior partner in the firm. He is a native of Gloucester County where he resides with his wife and children. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He attended Georgetown University Law Center on a scholarship and was chosen editor of the Law Journal. After graduating in 1969, he served a Clerkship with the Honorable Lawrence A. Carton, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Mr. DiMuzio is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has served as attorney for Greenwich Township and Logan Township, solicitor for the Greenwich Township Planning Board, solicitor for the Elk Township Municipal Utilities Authority, solicitor for the Elk Township Board of Adjustment, and solicitor for the Deptford Township Board of Health. Mr. DiMuzio served as President of the Gloucester County Bar Association in 2002-2003, and is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey, and the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys. He has conducted seminars on personal injury liability, environmental law, and municipal law.
Mr. DiMuzio practices in the field of work-related personal injury litigation, municipal law, and planning and zoning.
