Scott C. McKinley was born in Deptford, New Jersey, and continues to reside in Gloucester County. Mr. McKinley graduated from Deptford Township High School and went on to attend the University Of Pittsburgh, graduating with a bachelors degree. He then went on to Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Mr. McKinley is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. 

He is currently a member of the Gloucester County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of American Trial Lawyers Association and ATLA-New Jersey. His practice is primarily in the field of personal injury, with an emphasis on insurance law, neurologic injury and nursing home malpractice. 

Mr. McKinley is also fluent in French and American Sign Language .
